This Policy applies to all users who use our website www.plustimer.com (“Site”), our services, and those who purchase tickets, as well as to all information provided to us. Plustimer does not make any commitment that this website is subject to or operated in accordance with the laws of other countries, nor that any part of this website is suitable or available for use in any jurisdiction. 1. Information We Collect
We collect two types of information through our website: Personal Information (PII) and Non-Personal Information (Non-PII). Personal Information identifies you as an individual (such as home address, phone number, or billing details). Non-Personal Information includes aggregated data, demographic information, IP addresses, and other data that does not directly reveal your identity.

2. How We Use the Information
We take appropriate security measures under legislation to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, sensitive data such as credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission. Firewalls are used to prevent unauthorized access. Payment transactions are carried out on the joint payment page of contracted banks and payment systems; we do not see your card details, only the authorization information provided by the bank/payment system.
While we take all necessary steps, no system is completely secure. You should exercise caution when transmitting personal information, e.g., avoid sending sensitive data via e-mail.
Non-Personal Information may be used for any purpose, such as measuring visit times, diagnosing server problems, analyzing and improving site functionality, or sharing aggregated data with third parties for advertising.
Personal and/or special categories of personal data may be processed and transferred domestically or abroad with your explicit consent, as required by law. Without such consent, certain site features may be unavailable, and ticket purchases may not be possible.

4. Your Rights Under the Law
As per Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
Know third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of third parties
Request deletion or destruction of personal data when processing grounds no longer exist, and notification of third parties
Object to results arising against them through automated processing
Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

Delivery and Refund
Tickets purchased on Plustimer.com are valid after the successfull payment. A credit or debit card can be used. After payment, registration will be complete. Credit and debit card payments are approved immediately by the system. Wire transfers to be manually approved. An email is sent to given user email for approval. A copy of application details is also stored in the system, user can view after login under “My Applications”.
All payments, by card or wire, will be binding, non-deferrable, barter, non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to local written law.
- The signed contract is Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation of 27 November 2014. Article 1. It is covered by the right of withdrawal exceptions pursuant to Clause G of the clause. For this reason, by accepting this agreement, you agree that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.
- In some events, organiser may offer flexiable refund options. In this case, organisers refund measure are valid.
