1. As a runner, I accept that I obey the rules declared by organisation.

1.a. While coming to any area of the competition, T.C. I know that I have to follow the rules of the Ministry of Health, have a mask, spare mask, portable hand disinfectant (at least 70% alcohol based) for myself, avoid close contact with other individuals and follow distance rules. I agree that I have to follow the organization's contact-reducing and crowd-blocking rules.

1.b. By coming to the competition area on the day of the event and starting the competition; I accept and declare that I'm not and have not been  covid-19 positive, or have no complaints in last 14 days such as fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, muscle joint pain, inability to smell. 

1.c. Despite I have none of symptoms above, I'm aware might have Covid-19 infection and I may be carrying the virus without any symptoms, and I can feel the infection later.

1.d. By coming to the competition area on the day of the event and starting the competition; I'm aware that I will be declaring that I have had no close contact (including handshake, talk, interview, etc.) in the past 14 days with any person with symptoms or complaints of the above.

1.e. By clicking register below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Macera Akademisi Ltd, Turkish Athletics Federation or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

2. Due to event is in public area, i accept that i m responsible of obeying traffic and public rules.

3. Obeying the general traffic, property and safety rules are racers' own responsibility. It is forbidden for them to use areas, passes and methods that are declared illegal/out of bounds by the organization. The responsible party for the legal problems that might arise due to violation of this rule will solely be the participant; the organization cannot be held responsible in any way.

Organisation may disqualify and doesnt accept applies from participants don't respect or disturb other participants, staff, local people.

4. The participants who are found inconvenient for continuing the race by the referees or health personnel shall be prevented from the racing. This decision is final and unobjectionable. I accept i dont have any medical or physical problem to join that event.

5. I accept that rights of the photos, images, videos and any kind of digital datas taken during the race shall belong to the organization and no right can be demanded for them.

6. I declare and accept those; i gave informations are about me are current and right. And Macera Akademisi LTD and their sponsors might send race announcements, news or bulletins about new races via SMS or e-mail. The racer gives his consent on this issue at the registration.

7. I accept that Macera Akademisi has right to share my name, surname, country, age, company details via web sites, social media and media with the aim of informing, dealing or marketing.

8. I accept that Macera Akademisi can send me e-mail or sms about current or future events.

9. By that document; i accept on behalf of ‘me, my heirs, my managers, my envoys’, organisation  cant be held any responsible about injuries, losts, damages i may have before, during or after that event. And there is no any medical or physical problem to join that event.

10- The terms of cancellation:

This event has registration and participation fees.

a- If participant wants to withdraw from event, earlier da 15 day into event (5 March 2021) no question asked and 100% of participation fee is refunded, the registration fee (60TL) is kept on organiser.

b- If event is canceled due to an official measure by governmental, any cancelation earlier day 3 days into the event (latest 17 March 2021 morning) , 100% refund on participation fee, registration fee kept by organiser.

c- No refund for any kind of cancelation in the last 3 days into the event.

d- This event is held on all private property with camping license. Incase of weekend lockdown, the event will be still running and all registered participants accept that they can enter the camp site Friday and leave early Monday. Participation fee includes stay for runner, accompanying person is charged normal rates by facility.  No refund possible for participation or registration fees.
