Eker I Run Yol Koşusu 2020 - İptal

1. As a runner, i accept that i obey the rules declared by organisation.

1.a. While coming to any area of the competition, T.C. I know that I have to follow the rules of the Ministry of Health, have a mask, spare mask, portable hand disinfectant (at least 70% alcohol based) for myself, avoid close contact with other individuals and follow distance rules. I agree that I have to follow the organization's contact-reducing and crowd-blocking rules.

1.b. By coming to the competition area on the day of the event and starting the competition; I accept and declare that I'm not and have not been covid-19 positive, or have no complaints in last 14 days such as fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, muscle joint pain, inability to smell.

1.c. Despite I have none of symptoms above, I'm aware might have Covid-19 infection and I may be carrying the virus without any symptoms, and I can feel the infection later.

1.d. By coming to the competition area on the day of the event and starting the competition; I'm aware that I will be declaring that I have had no close contact (including handshake, talk, interview, etc.) in the past 14 days with any person with symptoms or complaints of the above.

1.e. By clicking register below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Macera Akademisi Ltd, Turkish Athletics Federation or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.

2. Due to event is in public area, i acceptthat i m responsible of obeying traffic and public rules.

3. Obeying the general traffic, property andsafety rules are racers' own responsibility. It is forbidden for them to useareas, passes and methods that are declared illegal/out of bounds by theorganization. The responsible party for the legal problems that might arise dueto violation of this rule will solely be the participant; the organizationcannot be held responsible in any way.
Organisation may disqualify and doesnt accept applies from participants don'trespect or disturb other participants, staff, local people.

4. The participants who are found inconvenientfor continuing the race by the referees or health personnel shall be preventedfrom the racing. This decision is final and unobjectionable. I accept idont have any medical or physical problem to join that event.

5.I accept that rights of the photos, images,videos and any kind of digital datas taken during the race shall belong to theorganization and no right can be demanded for them.

6.I declare and accept those; i gaveinformations are about me are current and right. And Macera Akademisi LTD andtheir sponsors might send race announcements, news or bulletins about new racesvia SMS or e-mail. The racer gives his consent on this issue at theregistration.

7. I accept that Macera Akademisi has right toshare my name, surname, country, age, company details via web sites, socialmedia and media with the aim of informing, dealing or marketing.

8. I accept that Macera Akademisi can send meEmail or sms about current or future events.

9. Showing ID (or equal document) is necessary for all participants to be able to get race kits.

if there are any inconsistencies between the Turkishversion of the Terms and its translated version, the Turkish version of theTerms shall prevail over others.

Terms of cancellation;

- If the participants have purchased"registration fee refund option" for 25 TL at the registration;
- 95% of the payment amount shall be returned to them for the cancellationsmade 30 days prior to the race. No return payment shall be made within the 30days before race. 
- Racers who have not purchased "return option" shall not receive anypayment in case of cancellation.
