1. As a runner, I accept that I obey the rules
declared by the organization.
1.a. By coming
to the event area, I am aware of the importance of my individual preferences
and precautions to prevent meeting, that myself or my relatives may be exposed
to the Covid-19 VIRUS, despite ALL precautions and new rules. However, in case
of any contamination, I accept and declare that the organizers, sponsors and
TURKISH Athletics Federation cannot be responsible for this issue, as I prefer
to come to the field voluntarily.
2. Due to the
event is in a public area, I accept that I m responsible for obeying traffic
and public rules.
3. Obeying the
general traffic, property, and safety rules is racers' own responsibility. It
is forbidden for them to use areas, passes, and methods that are declared
illegal/out of bounds by the organization. The responsible party for the legal
problems that might arise due to violation of this rule will solely be the
participant; the organization cannot be held responsible in any way.
The organization
may disqualify and don't accept applies from participants who don't respect or
disturb other participants, staff, local people.
4. The
participants who are found inconvenient for continuing the race by the referees
or health personnel shall be prevented from the racing. This decision is final
and unobjectionable. I accept I don't have any medical or physical problems to
join that event.
5. I accept
that rights of the photos, images, videos, and any kind of digital data taken
during the race shall belong to the organization and no right can be demanded
from them.
6. I declare
and accept those; I gave information are about me are current and right. And
Macera Akademisi LTD and its sponsors might send race announcements, news, or
bulletins about new races via SMS or e-mail. The racer gives his consent on
this issue at the registration.
7. I accept that Macera Akademisi has the right to
share my name, surname, country, age, company details via websites, social
media, and media with the aim of informing, dealing, or marketing.
8. I accept
that Macera Akademisi can send me an e-mail or SMS about current or future
events.
9. By that
document; I accept on behalf of ‘me, my heirs, my managers, my envoys’,
organization cant be held any responsible about injuries, loss, damages I may
have before, during, or after that event. And there is no medical or physical
problem to join that event.
10- The terms
of cancellation:

Participation in the Iznik Ultra Marathon can be provided by a participation
fee to be collected from the www.iznikultra.com address using a credit or debit
card. After payment, registration will be complete. Your payments made by
credit, debit card or wire transfer will be binding, non-deferrable, barter,
non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to local written law.
- The signed
contract is Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation of 27 November
2014. Article 1. It is covered by the right of withdrawal exceptions pursuant
to Clause G of the clause. For this reason, by accepting this agreement, you
agree that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.
- In case of cancellation of registration
notified in writing 15 days before the race (1 April 2023) or earlier, the
organizer undertakes to deliver the competitor t-shirt included in the race fee
to the applicant after the competition. The right holder can take the T-shirt
with the representative he / she appoints, come and take it or request paid
shipping against the address.
Behalf of me

Delivery and Refund
Tickets purchased on Plustimer.com are valid after the successfull payment. A credit or debit card can be used. After payment, registration will be complete. Credit and debit card payments are approved immediately by the system. Wire transfers to be manually approved. An email is sent to given user email for approval. A copy of application details is also stored in the system, user can view after login under “My Applications”.
All payments, by card or wire, will be binding, non-deferrable, barter, non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to local written law.
