(“Macera Akademisi”), we attach great importance to the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in the processing of personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVK Law”), as well as to the obligations, procedures, and principles applicable to natural and legal persons processing personal data. We treat this matter as a company policy.

We want you to know that protecting your personal information and respecting its confidentiality is very important to us. This Privacy Policy has been prepared to explain how we use and protect the personal information you share with us. This Policy applies to all users who use our website www.plustimer.com (“Site”), our services, and those who purchase tickets, as well as to all information provided to us. By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have read, reviewed, and fully accepted the provisions of this Privacy Statement. By using our website and services and/or purchasing tickets, you agree to the practices and rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Plustimer complies with the legal regulations on privacy in Turkey. Plustimer does not make any commitment that this website is subject to or operated in accordance with the laws of other countries, nor that any part of this website is suitable or available for use in any jurisdiction. Those who choose to use our website do so at their own initiative and risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations. Visitors from outside Turkey acknowledge that this website is subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey and waive any claims arising under their national laws.

Plustimer reserves the right to amend, modify, add, or remove provisions of this Privacy Policy within the framework of applicable legislation. 1. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information through our website: Personal Information (PII) and Non-Personal Information (Non-PII). Personal Information identifies you as an individual (such as home address, phone number, or billing details). Non-Personal Information includes aggregated data, demographic information, IP addresses, and other data that does not directly reveal your identity.

Examples of Personal Data collected:

• Identity information (name, surname)

• Contact information (e-mail, phone number, address)

• Sports and event details (target time, race time, ranking, feedback, preferences, etc.)

• Health information (blood type, medical certificate, sports license) and emergency contact details (name, phone number, relationship)

• Transaction security information (log records, IP address, ISP, browser specifications, operating system, site entry/exit pages)

• Visual and audio records (photos and videos)

Purposes of Processing:

• ID verification for campaigns or opportunities offered by business partners

• Execution of e-bulletin processes

• Execution of event and organization processes

• Execution of announcement and advertising processes to increase company recognition

• Fulfillment of legal obligations under legislation

• Providing information to public authorities and institutions upon request

• Execution of information security processes

• Execution of communication processes

• Health suitability checks before events and rapid communication of necessary information to medical units and family in emergencies

Legal Grounds:

• Article 5 of the Law: personal data may be processed where the Data Controller has a legitimate interest, provided that fundamental rights and freedoms are not violated

• Legal obligations under Article 5 (e.g., obligation to ensure data security)

• Necessity of processing personal data of parties directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract

2. How We Use the Information

We take appropriate security measures under legislation to protect the information you share with us against unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, sensitive data such as credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission. Firewalls are used to prevent unauthorized access. Payment transactions are carried out on the joint payment page of contracted banks and payment systems; we do not see your card details, only the authorization information provided by the bank/payment system.

While we take all necessary steps, no system is completely secure. You should exercise caution when transmitting personal information, e.g., avoid sending sensitive data via e-mail.

Non-Personal Information may be used for any purpose, such as measuring visit times, diagnosing server problems, analyzing and improving site functionality, or sharing aggregated data with third parties for advertising.

Personal and/or special categories of personal data may be processed and transferred domestically or abroad with your explicit consent, as required by law. Without such consent, certain site features may be unavailable, and ticket purchases may not be possible.

3. Sharing of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared, with your consent, with:

• Our parent company Macera Akademisi and its affiliates

• Domestic and international subsidiaries

• Service providers and program partners we cooperate with

• Banks and other relevant third parties (e.g., car rental companies, insurance companies, courier/shipping companies)

• Legally authorized public institutions and private entities

Commercial electronic communications may be sent with your prior consent. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Your Rights Under the Law

As per Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

• Learn whether personal data has been processed

• Request information if processed

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly

• Know third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of third parties

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data when processing grounds no longer exist, and notification of third parties

• Object to results arising against them through automated processing

• Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

Delivery and Refund

Tickets purchased on Plustimer.com are valid after the successfull payment. A credit or debit card can be used. After payment, registration will be complete. Credit and debit card payments are approved immediately by the system. Wire transfers to be manually approved. An email is sent to given user email for approval. A copy of application details is also stored in the system, user can view after login under “My Applications”.

All payments, by card or wire, will be binding, non-deferrable, barter, non-transferable and non-refundable, subject to local written law.

- The signed contract is Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation of 27 November 2014. Article 1. It is covered by the right of withdrawal exceptions pursuant to Clause G of the clause. For this reason, by accepting this agreement, you agree that you cannot exercise your right of withdrawal.

- In some events, organiser may offer flexiable refund options. In this case, organisers refund measure are valid.
